You may access and use FinAura content solely for legitimate personal or internal business use in connection with evaluating or using the platform in accordance with applicable terms. Any permitted use must preserve proprietary notices and must not misrepresent ownership, authorship, or source.

If you submit feedback, documents, media, or other materials to FinAura, you represent that you have the right to do so. You grant FinAura a limited license to host, process, display, and use such materials as necessary to provide and improve services, satisfy legal obligations, and enforce platform policies, subject to applicable law and contractual terms.

8. Open-Source and Third-Party Materials

Certain components used by FinAura may be open-source software, third-party libraries, partner-provided assets, or externally licensed materials. If you believe content on FinAura infringes your copyright, you may submit a good-faith notice identifying the allegedly infringed work, the specific infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of authority and accuracy. FinAura may request supporting documentation to evaluate claims and may reject incomplete, abusive, or bad-faith notices.

10. Takedown Requests

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, FinAura may investigate and remove, disable, or restrict access to the challenged material while the matter is reviewed. Where appropriate, FinAura may also notify the affected user or creator and allow a response or counter-notice consistent with applicable law.

11. Repeat Infringers
